After download and installation why won’t the VJG run properly?

- Has a recent version of QuickTime been installed? If not go to http://www.apple.com/quicktime and find the relevant link.

- Have you checked the system requirements? Perhaps your computer needs updating.
In the performance area the notes seem to stick when I try to play them from the QWERTY keyboard?

- Try closing all open applications and then running the VJG again.

- Are you using the VJG on a laptop? Unless the specification of your laptop exceeds the stated system requirements it may not be powerful enough to run the virtual instruments, as the processor needs to be involved with power management.
Problem: Playback in Preview in the composition area has pops and crackles.

- The VJG has to compile and synchronise a lot of samples which sometimes results in glitches when the preview file is first played. These often disappear if the file is played back again, and are not present if the file is exported as an audio file.
Problem: In the composition area preview and export do not seem to work.

- Are you sure you are waiting long enough for the VJG to compile the files? It can take several minutes. This is even more so in the case of the longer and denser compositions, such as a 4 cycle template with full Route B embellishment.
